Speech for the Cava Week conceived as a trilogy
On the 2001 edition the characters: Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada (types of grape) explained that is cava and where it comes from.
On the 203 edition Harlequin conducted the speech through the year phases, from the vineyards to the cellar, to show how cava lives and travels.
On the 30th edition, in 2011, the Desk Family danced and sung in all the places and moments where we may find cava, from the main celebrations in life, to social relationships, through art, sports and the festive rituals of the four seasons.
