A king’s dream ’98

Original creation commissioned by the State Society for the celebration of the centennials for Philip II and Charles V.

The performance reviews the king’s life in relation to the most relevant aspects related to the arts and culture of the 16th century. The main facade of El Escorial became the main stage of the performance.

Live stages, battles, fights and flying scenes amongst great projections, fire effects, fireworks covered the 200 m of the building facade.

200 actors, technicians and stage managers from Comediants and other local artists.
