The night ’87

The night ’87

A nocturnal farce for visionary dreamers.

Directly suggested by the investigative work of the book “La Nuit” (The Night), this play is presented as a kaleidoscope of the world of the night.

The uncharted routes of dreams, night-shifts and a chronicle of events written down by a journalist, are the three parts into which this network of tinkling bells, hung over our heads every night by the fairies, is divided.

It proposes a new way of understanding the musical and to talk about dreams, as if they were video-clips, inventing a language that we named the theatre-clip.

18th October 1987. Mercat de les Flors de Barcelona.
